I recently stayed at a modern and clean apartment in a great location near the beach. The apartment was big enough for a family of four and had all the necessary amenities. The check-in process was easy and the staff was very helpful throughout our stay. I loved the proximity to cafes, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. The beach was only a minute's walk away and we also enjoyed the nearby park and mall. it was a great apartment and I would recommend it to others.
I would recommend this hotel.

enjoyed staying at a great apartment in las palmas de gran canaria - exceeded my expectations. location was perfect, close to beaches, shopping, and restaurants. apartment was clean, modern, and had all necessary amenities. host was friendly and helpful. will definitely choose this place again!

The apartment was modern, clean, and the perfect size for a family of four. The location was fantastic, with plenty of cafes, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets right outside the doorstep. It was just a one-minute walk to Las Canteras Beach, three minutes to Santa Catalina Park, and five minutes to El Muelle mall. The staff was very helpful whenever we had questions, making our stay even better.
Felt super comfortable, no complaints.

Mind-blowing location, just 5 minutes to the beach, with shops and cafes around the corner. Super nice balcony for enjoying wine in the evenings. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities including Wi-Fi and flat-screen TV. The host was helpful and check-in was easy. a jaw-dropping stay with beach access and a convenient lift. No pets allowed and no smoking on site.
